Weekly single, closed group workshop-like practice, 90-minute hours and 30-minute yoga theory Step by step asanas and breathing exercises Physical and spiritual rejuvenation and deeper self-awareness Resources for beginners, tips, videos, book recommendations Yoga philosophy, energy, chakras and introduction to meditation All this in a friendly, saving space

If you cannot attend one of these occasions, it is possible to use this opportunity for any class of the Flower of Life Yoga Studio during the course.
