I cordially invite you to a special journey, where we fly far on the wings of fantasy in time and space: the world of ancient myths of India. Here, the limitations of everyday life cease to exist, and the stories of wonderful characters are stuck with you. And yet, at the end of the stories, we realize that magical figures are not so far away: they have very much human feelings, they are jealous, they are angry, sometimes they are afraid, and so their stories take us back to not only the thousands of years of yoga, but they also teach us about ourselves.

In this series of exercises, a selected asana is emphasized every hour. We prepare our body for this asana and learn the story of maintenance from Indian mythology. Thus, even more intense practice of the asana and new lessons await you if you join us.
