I call with much love on the first occasion of the series 'Connection with the Ancestors', where we are tuned to strengthen internal security, stability and order, which qualities are the characteristics of our ancestors.
The Earth, as a nutritious ancestor through our nutrition, teaches us how to connect with nature and with our own bodies. He also teaches us patience and slowing down, for he uses his energies in a moderate way, slowly and patiently growing the life that feeds on him.
