Spring Renewal - Yoga and Art Therapy Workshop

In harmony with the awakening of nature, the time comes when the state of apparent motion is gradually replaced by flow, more active action, opening up to the outside world. At the border between winter and spring, it is worth stopping for a moment and looking at the direction in which your life is headed. What is truly inspiring, which is heartfelt, and what is it that you do only out of habit or even through external expectations? What is it that really doesn't serve you, and what is it that is unfolding? Give yourself time and attention when you can gently mature your own answers and bring your body and soul back into motion!

Date: 8 March 2026 (Sunday) 9-12 hours Venue: Flower of Life Yoga studio, Szeged, De谩k Ferenc utca 34/2 Participation fee: HUF 9500, which can be completed by transfer or personal payment in the studio. The application will be completed by paying the participation fee.

Feel free to apply, participation in the program does not require yoga or artistic training. I'll provide you with all the tools you need to create.
The workshop will take place with a minimum of 3 people, up to 10 people.
