Inside Silence - Avoid Noise
Summer may be full of programs, but there may be some time when we can break out of the buzz. Whether we go away or relax at home, and we may be able to quiet our surroundings for a few minutes, hours, days, and soon we can face it, that the events and sounds within us are much more difficult to calm down. In fact, many times in the silence of the outside, our thoughts roam and demand attention even more vividly.
In the yoga class, too, it is often said to pay attention to the inside, but even if this can be accomplished, it is not always easy to really exclude what has been working for us during the day. In this easy six-ha yoga practice, we are familiar with the tools that help create inner silence and which we can touch at any time, either in the greatest everyday spin or in a quiet moment. This time we will do the breathing exercise and the asanas without music and often with closed eyes, which is a challenge for both the body and the mind, but also an exciting new experience.
The path to quieting down thoughts leads not to emptiness, but to real clear consciousness. Wherever you are on this path, I look forward to taking a few steps together.
